I had my first microscopy test in March 2009. Why? I was 52, part time administrator, mother of three grown up children and weighing just under 11 stone. Each year my waist was growing bigger, my skin was dry and would erupt in rashes as a reaction to certain foods and cosmetics. I was getting cluster headaches, suffering intermittent abdominal bloating and discomfort, hot flushes and lacking energy both physical and emotional.
Errol Denton was calm and efficient. He took a finger prick of blood to place on microscope slides and proceeded to interpret the resulting images on a computer screen. He saw immediately that I had a sweet tooth and described what effect the implications not only in the blood, causing clumping and dimpling in the red blood cells, a general stickiness which prevented free movement of white blood cells to pick up harmful bacteria, and the many toxins.
He provided a list of foods which were to comprise my diet and recommended water intake should rise to between 2 and 3 litres per day. The recommended foods were basically pulses, green vegetables and salad, oils high in omega 3, lemon and white grapefruit: as much raw food as possible. I had so many questions as I started on the new diet but Errol patiently answered them all, explaining whatever I did not understand.
It was quite a struggle at first but I did it in search of better health. I soon felt light (I was lighter), the headaches reduced, my energy increased. All body odour vanished, sleep was more energising and my complexion cleared and brightened. Four months later I had lost 1 stone and felt trim and lively and was fitting into clothes (even shoes) that had not fitted for years. Errol noticed the difference and indeed the blood looked much clearer and even a brighter shade of red.
I have more energy than I’d had for years and regained a positive outlook. Family and friends noticed the improvement and I have developed a whole new repertoire in my food preparation, so the family is benefiting too.
