Before my live blood test my weight was 104 kg. My main reason for having the test was because I had a severely inflamed arm due to my diabetes and none of the doctor’s medications were working for weeks. My blood pressure was also very high and had been for many years. I had been a diabetic for seven years. I feared that if things got worse there would be the prospect of amputation of my arm so something had to be done. 

 

It was then that a former employee and friend of mine Kaplesh Vyas recommended Errol to me because he had helped his mother when she was not well. 

 

I found the test very fascinating because it was unlike the conventional test where you just get given a list of numbers. Errol explained to me what was happening with my red blood cells and how they should be. Based on my results Errol then designed me a specific list of foods to eat and a way eating to follow.

 

Within a couple of weeks my arm got better and there have been no problems with it every since ever since. My blood sugar was 19 when I was unwell but in a short space of time I got it down to 4.3. I had to visit my doctor because my blood sugar began to get too low. The doctor told me that I had to reduce my dosage of metformin because my diet had naturally reduced my sugar levels therefore it was now becoming dangerous to take my medication! I took myself off my medication for gout because I no longer need it due to the new diet I had been given. 

 

I have tried many diets over the years including Atkins and even visiting a private dietician none of which gave me these results! All in all I lost 10kgs in weight improved the quality of my blood (all my blood test results from my doctor’s came back excellent) and I also improved the quality of my life.
