I have suffered with Rheumatoid Arthritis since the age of 29 and usually have a bad flair up every two years; these attacks can last up to 4 months. When I’m not having flair up I still suffered painful aching joints, lack of energy and a low immune system. This basically meant that anything that was going around I usually caught.

 I went to see Errol after picking up one of his cards. My main reason for visiting being that I have always felt that acid in my diet was a major contributor to diseases such as Arthritis. My consultant at Holly House Hospital had assured me time and again that there was no possible link. Errol went on to confirm what I had suspected and told me what I would need to do on the programme.

 Since embarking on the programme my symptoms began practically straight away to feel better. My energy levels have soared and as a bonus I have lost a stone in weight. I only wish I had known about Errol and this programme years ago as it would have stopped a lot of years of unnecessary pain and drug taking. I am now even considering a skiing holiday, something I could never have contemplated before.
